Join the Canada–EU Trade and Investment Association (CEUTIA), in partnership with the Mission of Canada to the European Union, for the 2nd Annual Canada–EU Raw Materials Event — Partners in Resilience: Advancing Canada–EU Cooperation in Raw Materials.

This year’s program once again brings together senior policymakers, industry leaders, and stakeholders to explore how the Canada–EU Raw Materials Partnership is translating into concrete cooperation that supports secure, sustainable, and diversified value chains.

Keynote

A keynote address and Q&A with The Honourable John HannafordPersonal Representative of the Prime Minister of Canada to the European Union.

Panel Discussion

A moderated panel of senior government and industry representatives will discuss how Canada and the European Union are advancing a shared vision for secure, sustainable, and resilient raw materials value chains.

The discussion will examine developments in cooperation through Canada–EU Strategic Partnership on Raw Materials and cooperation in international fora such as the G7, including the G7 Critical Minerals Production Alliance where both partners are strengthening transatlantic collaboration to enhance supply chain security and sustainability.

The panel will also examine EU policy developments in critical raw materials (and how the Canadian mining sector is playing a supporting role) - including progress on implementing the EU Critical Raw Materials Act and the advancement of EU Strategic Projects
